This Privacy Policy applies to the Dragon Manager website and application (the “Service”). Dragon Manager is the controller of the personal information described here. It is an independent third-party service and is not operated by Farlight Pte. Ltd.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- Account information: your name, email address, profile image, authentication details, and account identifiers.
- Discord information: if you connect Discord, we receive the profile and account identifiers needed to sign you in, show your connected profile, and support alliance role synchronization.
- Game and alliance information: information you or authorized alliance members enter, such as character IDs and names, servers, factions, power, merits, unit statistics, alliance membership, season records, events, and verification status.
- Communications and feedback: translation feedback, language requests, and messages you send to support.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device data, visited pages, interactions, diagnostic events, and error information collected through server logs and analytics.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide accounts, authentication, alliance features, and the rest of the Service;
- send password reset, verification, security, and other transactional emails;
- connect Discord accounts and, when configured by an alliance, synchronize roles;
- secure the Service, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and maintain reliability;
- understand feature usage and improve the Service; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms.
3. Legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information as needed to perform our agreement with you, for legitimate interests such as securing and improving the Service, with your consent where requested, and to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
4. Cookies and analytics
The Service uses essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember interface preferences, and support security. These are necessary for the Service to work.
When analytics is enabled, PostHog processes usage events, account identifiers, basic profile information, and diagnostic data on our behalf. This helps us understand how the Service is used and fix errors. Analytics requests are routed through Dragon Manager to PostHog’s European infrastructure.
5. When information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:
- service providers that support hosting, database storage, analytics and error reporting, and transactional email;
- Discord, when you choose to connect Discord or use Discord-related features;
- other members of an alliance, according to the Service’s roles and permissions, when you submit information to shared alliance areas;
- authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse; and
- a successor involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of the Service, subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is processed. Shared alliance records may remain after an individual leaves an alliance where other members still rely on them, but account links will be removed or anonymized where appropriate.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Use a unique password and protect access to your email and connected Discord account.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
You can update certain account and game information in the Service. To make another privacy request, email support@mail.sigvark.dev. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. International processing
Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children who are below the age at which they can legally consent to the processing of their personal information. If you believe a child provided personal information without valid permission, contact us so we can review and delete it.
11. Call of Dragons and other services
Farlight Pte. Ltd., Discord, and other third parties process information under their own privacy policies. Dragon Manager does not control their services. For game-related processing, see the Farlight privacy policy.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Service changes. The updated date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
Questions or requests can be sent to support@mail.sigvark.dev.
