Independent third-party service
Dragon Manager is a fan-made management tool. It is not an official Call of Dragons service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Farlight Pte. Ltd.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dragon Manager website and application (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
Dragon Manager provides tools for players to organize game characters, alliances, season statistics, calendars, and related information. The Service is provided independently from the Call of Dragons game and its publisher.
Call of Dragons, its names, logos, artwork, characters, and other game content are the property of Farlight Pte. Ltd. and/or its licensors. All rights in that material are reserved by their respective owners. References to the game are used only to identify the game with which this independent Service is intended to work.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
If you sign in with Discord, your use of Discord remains subject to Discord’s own terms and policies. Dragon Manager does not control third-party services.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or facilitate harmful activity;
- access another user’s account or data without permission;
- upload malicious code, probe the Service for vulnerabilities, or disrupt its operation;
- scrape, overload, or automate access in a way that harms the Service or its users;
- misrepresent your identity, authority, alliance membership, or game information; or
- use the Service to cheat in, interfere with, or violate the rules of Call of Dragons.
4. Your content and data
You retain any rights you have in information you submit to the Service. You give Dragon Manager permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit information about other players or alliance members. Do not add private or sensitive information that the Service does not request.
5. Availability and changes
The Service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Features may be added, removed, or limited at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users, or third parties, or when these Terms are violated.
6. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate. Dragon Manager is a planning and record-keeping tool; you should verify important information in the official game.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Dragon Manager will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what information the Service processes and why. It forms part of these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the Service changes. The updated date above will change when a revision is published. If a change is material, reasonable notice will be provided where appropriate. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
